The Vlaams Expertisepunt Mantelzorg is a Flemish information and support resource for people who provide unpaid care and for those who work with them. Supported by the Flemish government, it brings together practical guidance, advice and experiences to help make caring responsibilities more manageable. The website explains what counts as informal care, who may be a caregiver and how the caregiver status works, including information for young carers.
