Mantelzorg Roosendaal

Mantelzorg Roosendaal supports informal caregivers across the municipality of Roosendaal, helping them feel informed, valued and less alone. Its services are designed around caregivers’ individual circumstances and include practical tips, personal advice, a listening ear and tailored support. The organisation also offers activities where caregivers can meet others, share experiences and take part in community events, including the annual Day of the Caregiver.

Support and information are available for different groups, including young caregivers, working caregivers and professionals. The website features personal stories, a short caregiver check to help people reflect on their situation and the impact of caring, and information about respite care for young families. This respite support can give families a professional’s help with childcare for a few hours each week.

Caregivers can find upcoming gatherings and activities, attend drop-in consultation hours, contact a caregiver consultant, or sign up as a caregiver. Mantelzorg Roosendaal encourages caregivers to look after their own wellbeing as well as the person they support, and can connect them with the appropriate local adviser based on their neighbourhood.
