Manticore is an online people-search service accessed through a Telegram bot. It says users can start a search with a photograph, phone number, full name, date of birth, document details, or username. The service claims to match supplied information against social networks, public sources, databases, and registries, then assemble results into a structured report.

Report categories may include identity details, photographs, phone numbers, social and messaging profiles, locations, related contacts, vehicles and property, and travel-ticket references. Manticore presents the service for checking an unfamiliar number or profile, verifying someone before a meeting or transaction, reconnecting with a person, and supporting investigative research. The site advertises facial-recognition matching and says basic reports take 30–90 seconds, with broader searches taking two to five minutes.

It also claims searches are private, encrypted, and not retained after a session; these are statements made by the service rather than independently verified assurances. Payments are offered by card, instant bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and Telegram payment methods. Support is available by email and live chat
