Manu is an independent software creator based in Cluj-Napoca, building games and practical tools with a focus on choosing the right language for each project. With more than a decade of experience, Manu brings a lasting enthusiasm for software that respects the people who use it. The work spans different technologies and includes both creative projects and tools that address specific technical needs.

One featured project is OLED Linux, which adds OLED display support to Linux. It uses color correction to adjust brightness without relying on PWM, avoiding PWM flickering. Another project is a custom Forgejo build for hosting and managing Manu’s git projects, with added functionality and a sleeker look and feel. The projects draw on technologies including Shell, Linux, Go, and nginx.

Manu shares project details and code through GitHub and a personal Forgejo instance, where visitors can explore available work. The site also provides a résumé. Overall, Manu’s work reflects a hands-on approach to software development: building useful, considered products and selecting tools and technologies according to the needs of each project.
