Manuela Winterwerber

Manuela Winterwerber is a trainer and instructor based in Niedernhausen, offering programs that help children build confidence, stay active, and handle challenging situations. Her work focuses on self-assertion and self-defense, with an emphasis on helping children prevent arguments and conflict where possible. When difficulties do arise, her courses introduce practical ways for children to respond. She also offers children’s sports activities to support movement and physical development.

Winterwerber provides courses for kindergartens and primary schools, alongside activities and course registration for families. Her website features information about her offerings, a campaign addressing violence among children, and details about her background, photographs, videos, references, certificates, and press coverage. Visitors can also find course terms and contact information.

Based in Niedernhausen, Manuela Winterwerber welcomes questions from parents and educational organisations interested in her programs. Her services bring together prevention, practical self-protection, and physical activity, with children’s needs at the centre. For enquiries, she can be contacted by phone or email.
