Manuel Dub Festival is a vibrant music celebration held annually in Mazara, Sicily, dedicated to honoring the legacy of Manuel Asaro, a beloved friend and passionate supporter of dub culture. Founded in 2010, shortly after Manuel's untimely passing, the festival embodies the spirit of friendship and communal celebration, bringing together lovers of dub and roots music from around the world.
Over the years, the festival has grown into the first dub festival in Italy, now in its fourth edition, showcasing an impressive lineup of both international and local artists. Renowned acts like Iration Steppas and Vibronics have graced the stage, alongside Sicilian talents, creating a unique musical experience enriched by the beautiful Mediterranean backdrop.
As a not-for-profit event, Manuel Dub relies on community support and donations to keep the festival alive, offering extraordinary music and unforgettable moments while fostering a sense of unity through the love of culture and music. Join us in experiencing a festival that is not only about music but also about the heart and passion of those who continue Manuel's legacy.
