About ManxPACT
University College Isle of Man (UCM) is proud to partner with Manx Care to empower members of the community to transition from mental health support courses to pathways that lead to further education or employment. The collaboration aims to enhance individuals' well-being and skills development. One of the core offerings is the Recovery College, which provides a variety of courses designed to help individuals recover from health and well-being challenges.
These courses, co-developed with professionals and those with lived experiences, form an integral part of the mental health service. The Recovery College's focus is on self-management strategies and building fulfilling lives. Courses are available to individuals over 16 with mental health referrals, their families, UCM students, and staff.
