MaPa arquitectos

MaPa Taller de Diseño y Arquitectura is a Bilbao-based architecture and design cooperative formed by two architects. The practice develops a range of projects, reports and construction works, bringing together multidisciplinary teams according to each project’s needs. It serves homeowners’ associations, private clients, entrepreneurs and businesses, as well as cultural and international initiatives.

For residential communities, MaPa can assist with building inspections, renovation work, damp and structural crack concerns, lift installation and improvements to entrances. Private clients can seek support with home renovations, new-house projects and issues affecting their existing homes. Businesses and entrepreneurs can get help finding and fitting out new premises or improving current spaces. The studio also designs temporary architecture, including exhibition and trade-fair installations, and participates in socio-cultural activities focused on citizen engagement, architecture outreach and social involvement. Its international service supports projects in other locations from its Bilbao base.

MaPa’s featured work includes exhibition projects, a trade-fair stand, a home interior and studies of unbuilt proposals around Bilbao’s Ría.
