Mapperton is a brand that offers a unique experience of rewilding, allowing natural processes to shape the future landscape and support biodiversity and ecosystem recovery. Located in Dorset, Mapperton House & Gardens & Wildlands is home to Dorset's most spectacular rewilding project. Led by Prof Tom Brereton, the brand offers an introduction to rewilding through an expert tour of the rewilding project.

During the tour, visitors will explore extensive areas of grassland, marsh, and scrub, while learning about the project and the work underway. They will also have the opportunity to encounter the magnificent herd of White Park cattle, which is one of England's oldest native breeds, along with Tamworth pigs and wild Exmoor ponies. In addition to rewilding, Mapperton is dedicated to implementing environmentally-friendly farming and land management regimes across its estate, further contributing to the conservation efforts.
