The program employs science-driven conservation efforts in the Greater Mara Ecosystem, utilizing innovative methods like tracking predators with collars. Additionally, they construct recycled plastic poles bomas to protect livestock from predator attacks, promoting harmony between wildlife and communities. With a deep commitment to safeguarding the diverse ecosystem of the Mara, Mara Predator Conservation Programme emphasizes the importance of understanding and addressing the challenges faced by these iconic predators, such as lions. Supported by a dedicated team and partners, the program continues to make significant strides in ensuring the survival and well-being of predators in the region.
