Maratónček

Maratónček is a dynamic leisure activity designed for children aged 5 to 10 years, focusing on general sports preparation to promote healthy physical and mental development. This initiative aims to help children embrace regular physical activity through fun and engaging workouts, fostering a spirit of teamwork and achievement. The program emphasizes the development of versatility in movement, enhancing speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility in a playful manner.

At Maratónček, qualified trainers lead sessions that incorporate unique and entertaining equipment, making the training experience enjoyable. Members benefit from the opportunity to participate in organized competitions by the Slovak Athletic Association and may receive a special training diary. They can also earn a unique certificate in general physical performance through the Detská univerzita UMB program. Maratónček not only provides valuable athletic skills but also encourages children to set and reach their goals through small, achievable steps. Based in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, Maratónček is dedicated to nurturing young athletes in a supportive and enriching environment.
