Marbles – People & Culture Hub is a New Zealand HR consultancy founded in 2015 by Managing Director Jaime Rose-Peacock. It partners with small and medium-sized businesses to create healthy, effective workplaces through practical, tailored support. Guided by objectivity, empathy and integrity, Marbles takes time to understand each organisation and align people practices with its goals, team and budget.

Its services cover human resources, including employment contracts, policies, remuneration, performance management, staff inductions and exits, and learning and development. Marbles also supports employers with employment relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary processes, poor performance, mediation and Employment Relations Authority proceedings. For serious concerns, it conducts independent workplace investigations, including matters involving alleged misconduct, bullying or harassment.

Additional services include recruitment support, from advertising and candidate screening to managing the full hiring process, as well as organisational development focused on leadership, communication and engagement. Marbles also helps organisations plan and navigate change, such as restructures, leadership transitions and business growth, with attention to both compliance and staff wellbeing.
