MareBlu is an Environmental Conservation Organization based in Costa Rica, founded four years ago by director and activist Geronimo Ciuti Z. Our main mission is to rid the oceans, rivers, and coastlines of plastic through our coastal cleanup expeditions. Additionally, we implement regenerative programs made possible by our international volunteer program, where individuals from over 25 countries have participated.

To support our cause, we receive sponsorship from companies and friends who prioritize positive change for our planet. Our Volunteer Camp is situated within the stunning Punta Leona Resort, just an hour's drive from San Jose International Airport. With its proximity to numerous needy beaches, our camp is ideally located to combat the major sources of contamination caused by plastic pollution from rivers and poor commercial fishing practices.
