About marGnet
With the aim of transforming waste into a valuable resource, marGnet is dedicated to finding solutions to address the issue of marine litter caused by sea-based activities such as fisheries and aquaculture. The project sets out to implement and test multi-level approaches that encompass monitoring, mapping, prevention, removal, and recycling of marine litter. By effectively tackling the problem at its source, marGnet aims to contribute to a Sustainable Blue Economy.
