Mariachi Sol Mixteco

Mariachi Sol Mixteco is a professional, family-owned mariachi band based in White Plains, New York. Founded in 2009 by the Navarro family, the group shares traditional Mexican music and culture with audiences across New York and the surrounding tri-state area, including New Jersey and Connecticut. Led by director Christopher Navarro since 2021, its musicians perform in authentic charro attire and adapt their repertoire to each occasion.

The band offers several performance options, from a solo performer with mariachi tracks and an intimate three-musician trio to five-piece, six-to-nine-member, and full 10-to-12-member ensembles. Larger groups can feature male and female vocalists, traditional mariachi instruments, and, in the full ensemble, a Mexican harp. These services suit weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, serenades, family gatherings, corporate events, and cultural festivals. Mariachi Sol Mixteco serves clients seeking anything from a brief, heartfelt appearance to an expansive gala performance.
