Les Filières de Santé Maladies Rares "FSMR" ont été créées suite à l’appel à projet du Ministère de la Santé lancé durant l’été 2013 (deuxième plan national maladies rares 2011-2016). Le principal objectif de ces FSMR est d’animer et de coordonner les actions entre les différents acteurs impliqués dans la prise en charge de maladies rares. Ce regroupement permettra de nombreuses actions transversales entre diverses pathologies très similaires sur leur prise en charge. Parmi les 23 filières identifiées en 2014, la filière de santé Maladies Rares Immuno-Hématologiques (MaRIH) regroupe les acteurs impliqués dans la prise en charge de ces pathologies et rassemble ainsi: - 12 centres de référence maladies rares « CRMR » et 191 centres de compétences - 101 laboratoires de diagnostic et/ou de recherche travaillant en collaboration avec ces CR et CE - 14 associations de patients : Histiocytose France, AFMF, AMAPTI, IRIS, HPN France/Aplasie médullaire, ADAMTS13, AFMBD, O’CYTO, Association Française contre l'Amylose, APAMC, APIMEO, ASSOMAST, AMSAO, LHF Espoir - En partenariat avec 8 sociétés savantes (SFI, SFH, SHIP, SNFMI, SFGM-TC, SPLF, AVIESAN) Les principales missions de ce réseau sont d’améliorer le soin, de dynamiser la recherche et d’informer les professionnels, patients et grand public sur ces maladies rares.
