About MARIN BIKES JAPAN
**Brand Description: Marin Bikes**
Founded in 1986 in Marin County, California, Marin Bikes has been dedicated to producing high-quality bicycles that stand the test of time. The brand was inspired by founder Bob Buckley’s passion for mountain biking, which began during his knee rehabilitation. With input from top rider Joe Murray on product design, Marin Bikes continues to uphold its original commitment to crafting lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and durable bikes.
Marin offers two main product lines: the INTERNATIONAL models, designed primarily for serious riders seeking mountain, touring, and bikepacking options, and the SE models, which cater to urban cyclists with stylish cross, street, and kids' bikes. Each bike model is named after real locations in Marin County, reflecting the brand's roots.
With a focus on creating bikes for families and friends to enjoy together, Marin Bikes embodies a spirit of adventure and quality, ensuring every ride is a memorable experience.
