Maris Integrative Health

Maris Integrative Health is a women’s health practice founded by Julie Edwards, a Yale-trained integrative nurse practitioner. Serving clients in New Jersey through in-person and telehealth care, the practice supports women seeking clearer answers about mood, hormones, stress, and mental well-being. Its whole-person approach considers how hormonal rhythms, cognitive patterns, emotional demands, daily routines, and nervous-system responses can interact, rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

Services include an initial assessment, individualized care planning, and ongoing concierge-style support. During consultations, Julie reviews health concerns, medical history, stress patterns, daily demands, and lab results when appropriate. Plans may include medication, supplements, lifestyle recommendations, and practical strategies for mood, sleep, energy, attention, and mental clarity. The practice also offers weekly small-group coaching, monthly one-to-one sessions, and access between appointments through its Reset Program. Care may address anxiety, depression, irritability, fatigue, brain fog, ADHD traits, PMS or PMDD, postpartum changes, and perimenopausal shifts. Virtual services are available where permitted, with select wellness consultations and coaching offered to some clients outside New Jersey.
