Marisol Studios

Marisol Studios is an architecture and sustainability consulting practice founded by Marisol Gallagher, a licensed architect in Colorado and Washington. Working across Colorado and the Front Range, the studio brings high-performance design to projects ranging from custom homes to larger buildings. Its services include architectural design and sustainability consulting, supporting clients who are building new, renovating historic or existing homes, or rebuilding after a disaster.

Marisol Studios focuses on creating spaces that are healthier, quieter, resilient, and designed to endure. The practice highlights Passive House principles and wildfire resilience, helping clients consider thoughtful, energy-conscious approaches to residential design. Its project experience includes home renovations and additions, historic preservation and restoration, duplexes, a recreation center, a multi-use high-rise, a boutique hotel, and a study center.

Gallagher’s background spans firms of different scales and work from custom residential projects to multi-use high-rises. In addition to project services, the studio shares expertise through community engagement, articles, and sustainability initiatives. Its approach combines architectural craft, collaboration, and environmental responsibility to shape lasting places.
