Marketing Boss Lady

Marketing Boss Lady is a marketing, sales and AI consultancy led by Bárbara Romero, a digital marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience across different business contexts and sectors. The brand helps small and medium-sized businesses improve how they attract, manage and convert potential customers, with a focus on practical processes that support more consistent sales and save time.

Its services include reviewing marketing performance, contact follow-up, customer communication, sales processes, and the use of technology, automation and AI. A central offering is a free 30-minute Marketing and Sales Check-Up. After a short questionnaire and a conversation about the business, Bárbara identifies where opportunities or contacts may be getting lost and highlights areas that deserve attention first. The review can help businesses understand what happens between an initial enquiry and a sale, organize information from different channels, and reduce time spent on manual tasks. Marketing Boss Lady aims to simplify existing ways of working rather than add unnecessary complexity.
