The Telx MarketplacePORTAL, powered by Digital Realty, is an online platform that helps data center customers manage colocation operations and connect with organizations across a global ecosystem. It brings together carriers, cloud service providers, enterprises, and other service providers, allowing participants to discover potential connections and promote their presence through storefronts. Customers can browse organizations in the directory, explore data centers by region and market, and use map tools to investigate connectivity opportunities.

The portal also supports day-to-day data center management. Its tools include real-time case updates, invoice viewing with delegated permissions, access-rights management, inventory and port-utilization tracking, and ordering for connectivity such as cross-connects. Customers can request Remote Hands support from on-site teams and use Service Exchange ports to provision virtual cross-connects to cloud services. A private networking feature helps users contact other organizations and request introductions. Digital Realty presents its data centers as marketplaces where colocated companies can meet and connect, with availability across more than 140 data centers worldwide.
