Mark Memorials

Mark Memorials is a family-owned New Zealand monumental masonry business based in Levin, with a family history in the stone industry dating to 1960. Led by third-generation monumental mason Chris Mark, the company draws on more than 60 years of family experience to create and install enduring memorials with care, craftsmanship, and personal service. It serves cemeteries throughout the lower North Island, supplies memorials nationwide, and has also worked with families in Australia and Pacific Islands.

The company offers traditional, modern, custom, children’s, cremation, double, and companion headstones, as well as plaques and full-cover memorials. Customers can choose from different stone colours, shapes, inscriptions, photographs, images, and decorative details. Mark Memorials also provides traditional lead lettering, memorial cleaning, re-lettering, restoration, removal, and reconstruction. Families can select from a standard range or discuss a personalised design, with guidance from the initial enquiry through installation. Free quotes are available, and the team emphasises honest communication, compassionate support, and competitive pricing during a sensitive time.
