Marko Saje was responsible for creating the concept design, as well as conducting the structural and dynamic calculations for the commercial area and garage. In addition, they were entrusted with the challenging renovation of the Tragwerkskostruktion of the old part and the planning of the new stage technology tower at the Ljubljana Opera House. This landmark building now serves as the home of the Slovenian National Theatre for Opera and Ballet.
Marko Saje also played a pivotal role in the construction of the Spar Distribution Center, the most advanced and largest distribution center in Slovenia, equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Their portfolio also includes the successful completion of residential projects such as the Golo House, which won prestigious awards for its architectural excellence.
