Marley & Bear’s Doggy Daycare is a home-based, family-run pet care business on a five-acre property in the council-approved Doggy Zone at Greyhound Retreat, Nambeelup, near Mandurah, Western Australia. Run by Katy and Matt, it offers a relaxed alternative to kennel-style care, with dogs free to move between comfortable indoor spaces and fully enclosed outdoor play areas. Services include weekday doggy daycare, dog park hire, and a Doggy Bus pick-up and drop-off service for nearby communities. Overnight stays are available only to regular daycare clients, helping dogs build familiarity with the household and their carers.
The property features play zones, agility equipment, a paddling pool, toys, and individual rest areas to suit different dogs. Marley & Bear’s uses client information forms and offers a paid trial day for new dogs; temperament requirements apply, and casual or one-off daycare bookings are not accepted. Dogs are cared for by the same people each visit, with photo updates shared through a private Facebook page.
