Marlijn van Ast

Marlijn van Ast offers coaching and practical resources for women who want to stop or reduce alcohol or drug use, break free from unhealthy relationships, and build a more fulfilling life. Drawing on her own experience of stopping alcohol, cocaine and smoking and leaving a toxic relationship, Marlijn combines personal insight with direct, non-judgmental support.

Her services include one-to-one guidance, the QuitStart online group programme and Together We Grow, a programme for women who have stopped using a substance and want to change deeper-rooted patterns. She also offers a structured stop plan through short videos and exercises, plus free resources such as an e-book, a masterclass and a guided visualisation audio. Visitors can arrange an introductory conversation to explore working with her.

Marlijn’s approach focuses on preparation, accountability and taking manageable steps toward change. Her aim is to help clients regain a sense of control, find greater calm, and make choices that align with the life they want.
