Marshline LLC is a family-owned business producing layout boats and accessories for waterfowl hunters. The company carries forward the Marsh Rat boat legacy, originally developed to provide hunters with a more suitable craft for reaching tucked-away waters and hunting from a low profile. The Marsh Rat Original is 9 feet 3 inches long, with an open floor that lets hunters stay low. The 9-foot-6-inch Marsh Rat Magnum offers a wider cockpit and additional room for a larger hunter and a day’s gear. Both models are designed for use in marshes, rivers, ponds, and other hunting locations.
Marshline also offers accessories to support time on the water, including the H2O Blind, which features grassing loops for concealment, and an adjustable Marsh Rat Recliner with non-absorbing foam cushions. A Magnum motor mount is available as well. Based in Scappoose, Oregon, Marshline is part of the Hoyt family’s broader farming enterprise. The family emphasizes quality, integrity, and respect for the outdoors while building on the established Marsh Rat name.
