Mars RF

Mars RF designs and manufactures RF power amplifiers, RF assemblies, and anti-drone systems for electronic warfare, radar, communications, and test and measurement applications. With more than 20 years of RF and microwave experience, the company provides both standard products and custom solutions. Its solid-state amplifiers cover frequencies from 1.5 MHz to 46 GHz, with output power from 5 W to 2,500 W. Options include broadband, band-specific, continuous-wave, pulsed, and rack-mount designs.

Mars RF’s product range also includes transceiver (T/R) modules, block up-converters, frequency synthesizers, integrated assemblies, and radar systems. Its engineering team develops solutions using GaN, GaAs, LDMOS, and bipolar technologies, alongside expertise in power combining, thermal management, controls, and mechanical design.

The company operates a 45,000-square-metre manufacturing base with 10 production lines and a dedicated cleanroom for microassembly. In-house capabilities include RF, temperature, vibration, and X-ray testing. Mars RF reports serving more than 500 customers worldwide and offers a three-year product warranty with lifetime technical support.
