No Coast Jefferson is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) training gym serving Jefferson and Carroll, Iowa. Led by director and instructor Jacob Keller, the gym offers children’s and adult classes focused on learning martial arts in a welcoming, supportive setting. Its program emphasizes more than physical fitness: students can develop discipline, focus, respect, confidence, and mental toughness while building skills at their own pace.
