LHBF martialgym

LHBF MartialGym is a versatile training center dedicated to providing gymnastics and martial arts programs suitable for all ages and abilities, from children aged five to seniors in their 80s. Founded by Mario Lam, the MartialGym approach combines the wisdom of martial arts with the artistry of gymnastics, focusing on personal development and functional fitness.

The center offers a diverse range of classes, including introductory sessions for young children that emphasize fun and foundational movement vocabulary, advanced classes by invitation for performers, and specialized training for teens and adults, which incorporates self-defense techniques rooted in sound mechanical principles. Additionally, classes tailored for seniors prioritize balance and safety, helping participants manage common physical challenges.

With a blend of influence from traditional Chinese martial arts and Japanese rhythmic gymnastics, LHBF MartialGym not only nurtures physical skill but also fosters adaptability and self-preservation instincts, ensuring all participants enjoy an enriching experience while learning the science and tactics of self-defense.
