Martijn Kostense

Martijn Kostense is a youth coaching and support practice based in Harderwijk, offering youth coaching, ambulatory youth support, and training. Its approach is solution-focused and built on the belief that young people already have personal strengths, skills, and resources that can help them create positive change. Martijn’s role is to help clients rediscover and use those resources so they can make progress in their lives.

Ambulatory youth support takes place in the young person’s home environment: rather than asking clients to travel to a practice, Martijn visits them. The website also describes training for professionals working in the social domain, including people employed by municipalities and health insurers. In addition, Martijn works as a training actor, particularly in sessions concerning psychological vulnerabilities and how to respond to them.

The site shares practical case examples to illustrate the working approach and highlights collaboration with partner organisations. Visitors can learn about the services, explore the examples, and contact Martijn to arrange an appointment.
