MARTINI F is a distinctive restaurant in Wassen, Uri, run by Theres and Martin Furrer. Its welcoming, personal approach and colourful culinary character are designed to offer guests a memorable break from everyday life. The restaurant operates by advance reservation only, for lunch or dinner, and welcomes groups of two to twenty people.

Each visit centres on a multi-course menu, which chef Theres Furrer-Anklin discusses with guests three to four days ahead. Diners can choose from suggested menus or create a selection to suit their preferences. Menus may feature grilled seafood, mussels, duck breast, veal crown or Châteaubriand, alongside seasonal dishes made with regional ingredients. These include fresh fish from Lake Uri, lamb and kid goat from Wassen, Göschenen and nearby areas, meat from a butcher in Andermatt, and cheeses from the Uri and Ticino Alps. Sauces, stocks, ice cream and creams are prepared from scratch. Guests with dietary dislikes can share them in advance, or leave the menu choice to the kitchen.
