Martins Grehl

Martins Grehl Architects is a full-service architecture firm based in Brooklyn, New York, specializing in contemporary, high-end custom homes designed for sustainable living. The firm creates bespoke, site-specific buildings shaped by each client’s needs, the intended use, and the surrounding environment. Its approach considers how architecture supports the people who inhabit a space, how buildings perform and endure, and how design can help preserve natural resources.

Services span the architectural process from design through construction. Martins Grehl works collaboratively with owners and builders, drawing on experience both in the studio and in the field. Construction administration is included in its project delivery, keeping the firm involved through completion and helping ensure that the built result reflects the shared vision.

The firm emphasizes thoughtful problem-solving, careful craftsmanship, and lasting design. Where possible, it selects materials with lower environmental impacts and applies strategies intended to improve energy efficiency and reduce construction waste.
