MaryAnn Cleary

MaryAnn Cleary Fine Art presents the work of artist MaryAnn Cleary, whose paintings and drawings explore a personal, spiritual connection with nature. Working in oils, pastels, and watercolors, Cleary also creates drawings and whimsical works. She describes art as a way to express her feelings and spirit, with the aim of offering viewers an emotionally moving, peaceful, and meditative experience. Nature serves as her muse, and she seeks a serene, almost weightless state while creating, becoming closely connected to her subjects.

The website features her artworks alongside information about events, exhibitions, workshops, and blog posts. Visitors can explore recent works, sign up for an email newsletter, receive new-art alerts, and find note cards, books, and gallery information. Cleary’s pastel painting “Odd Bird’s Cup of Tea,” part of a series of whimsical paintings, received an Award of Excellence at an exhibition at the Hallberg Center for the Arts. Her practice spans several mediums and combines observant engagement with nature and a reflective, expressive approach to fine art.
