Mary Guay

Mary Guay is a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified professional coach serving women and couples in the greater Seattle area, including Bothell, Woodinville, and nearby communities. With more than 20 years of experience working with women, she offers support for relationship difficulties, major life changes, grief and loss, career uncertainty, stress, and feelings of being stuck or dissatisfied. Her services include individual counseling, couples and marriage counseling, life coaching, and a women’s group.

Through counseling and coaching, clients can gain insight, develop practical skills, make important decisions, and find ways to move forward with greater confidence and resilience. Mary uses a variety of approaches to help clients address their concerns and work toward lasting solutions, including improving relationships and navigating separation or divorce. Sessions are available in person in the Seattle area, as well as by internet or phone for convenience.
