Mary’s Tranquillity Care

Mary’s Tranquillity Care provides compassionate, dependable support at home for older people and vulnerable clients in North Hampshire. Based in Lychpit, Basingstoke, the service is led by Mary Turner, who brings more than 30 years of hands-on caregiving experience and training in safeguarding, dementia and palliative care. CQC registration is currently in progress.

Services are tailored to individual needs and include companionship, emotional support, help with household tasks and errands, personal care, meal preparation and assistance with daily living. Mary’s Tranquillity Care also offers dementia support, respite care for family caregivers, transitional support after a hospital stay, and short-term recovery care at home. The focus is on helping clients feel safe, supported and comfortable in familiar surroundings, while assisting them to regain strength and confidence where appropriate.

Mary works with a network of private, self-employed carers rather than operating as an agency, with an emphasis on quality care and accountability.
