Martial Arts Spirit Health & Fitness Academy

Martial Arts Spirit (MAS) Health & Fitness Academy invites individuals and families to experience the transformative benefits of martial arts in a nurturing and encouraging environment. Founded in 1995 by Master Terrence Fernandez, MAS has expanded to ten locations across Sydney, promoting personal growth through the values of Taekwondo. The academy welcomes students of all ages, offering specialized programs tailored to different groups: Mini Rangers (ages 3-6), Martial Rangers (ages 7-12), and Teens & Adults (ages 13+).

The Mini Rangers program focuses on foundational skills, confidence, and social readiness for young children, while the Martial Rangers curriculum emphasizes physical and mental development in a strict bully-free environment. For teens and adults, the academy provides comprehensive training in Taekwondo, self-defense, and fitness. MAS is not only committed to martial arts education but also to fostering respect, humility, and leadership in its members.
