MascaradasTV

MascaradasTV is a cultural platform focused on celebrating and sharing Costa Rican traditions, with a particular emphasis on masquerades and related festivities. It helps people discover upcoming events, follow their routes on a live map, and view event location updates through GPS features. Organizers can create event listings, while visitors can explore a calendar of celebrations and pasacalles.

The platform also offers a national guide to traditional culture, featuring categories such as masquerade performers, mask makers, cimarrona bands, musicians, and dancers. Its visual showcase introduces characters including giants, devils, and clowns, with the intention of allowing artisans to add their own photographs and catalogues.

MascaradasTV includes a cultural marketplace where artisans and local businesses can create shops and present masks, costumes, souvenirs, musical services, and other offerings. Sellers can share product details, prices, contact information, and featured items. By bringing event discovery, live route information, cultural profiles, and local commerce together, MascaradasTV provides a digital space for audiences to experience and support Costa Rican tradition.
