Masci Adulti Scout

MASCI (Movimento Adulti Scout Cattolici Italiani) is Italy’s Catholic adult scouting movement, an organization supporting adults who seek to live scouting principles through community, faith, education and service. Its website explains the movement’s history, structure, Scout Law and Promise, community life, statutes and programmatic priorities, while providing information about regional groups and national leadership.

MASCI promotes lifelong education and the spiritual development of adult scouts, with resources focused on service, international engagement and shared community experiences. Its activities include gatherings, training and educational initiatives, scout camps and spiritual journeys. The movement also provides practical materials for communities and individuals, including the “Cammini di Speranza” series: ten flexible booklets combining reflections, biblical texts, prayers, songs and activities for personal use, community meetings and camps.

MASCI publishes the magazines Strade Aperte and Argomenti, along with newsletters and other updates, and shares event calendars, archives, photographs and online resources. As a registered third-sector organization, it also provides information about membership censuses, insurance and scout bases, helping its communities stay connected and active throughout Italy.
