Incubadora Liderazgo +Costa Rica is an independent and non-partisan organization comprised of dedicated Costa Rican individuals who are committed to democracy in Costa Rica. Our organization's mission is to identify, select, and train the new generation of political leaders in the country. Through our political leadership development program, we enhance skills and competencies in crucial areas such as communication, negotiation, public policy, transparency, and accountability.

We prioritize respect, transparency, equal opportunities, plurality, inclusion, and representation. As neutral trainers, we do not endorse or participate in the political campaigns of any candidates who have received our training. Our focus is to provide the necessary tools and knowledge for political leaders to excel with excellence and ethics in their roles.
