About MAS Fabric Park
MAS Fabric Park is Sri Lanka's first privately owned apparel intensive free trade zone. Spanning over 165 acres in a tranquil environment in Thulhiriya, MAS Fabric Park plays a crucial role in the vertical integration of the MAS supply chain. Its main focus lies in the development and value addition of fabrics.
The park offers shared services to investors, including centralized water, power, steam supply, and effluent treatment, making it a plug and play operation. With a medium voltage power supply of 10 MVA and facilities to purify and supply 9000 cubic meters of water daily, MAS Fabric Park ensures a seamless operation for businesses setting up shop within its premises. Moreover, the park provides supply chain management solutions, food and beverage services with an industrial mega kitchen, and chalet accommodation.
