MASI, the Movement of Asylum Seekers in Ireland, emerged in 2014 to amplify the collective voice of asylum seekers. Committed to justice, freedom, and dignity, MASI challenges direct provision, advocates for the right to work and education, and opposes deportations. Operating independently, MASI is a democratic and egalitarian platform where all contribute equally to the cause.

Rejecting hierarchical structures, decisions are made collectively to advance the movement's objectives. Asylum seekers deserve more than empty promises and symbolic gestures. MASI demands concrete action and real change, not cosmetic reforms.
