About Masjid Al
Masjid Al-Farooq is a well-established brand that has been serving the Muslim community in Mississauga since 1987. Named after Umar Al-Farooq, the second Khalifah of Islam, this renowned masjid holds great historical significance. Situated on nearly two acres of land in a residential area in the heart of Mississauga, Masjid Al-Farooq is conveniently accessible to a densely populated Muslim community.
As a registered charitable organization, Masjid Al-Farooq offers a range of programs and services to cater to the diverse needs of its community members. These include comprehensive educational programs for children and adults, such as part-time and full-time courses, summer school camps, and a youth Shari'ah program. The masjid also provides valuable services like Nikah counseling, Janazah and Graves assistance, as well as the facilitation of the Ruqya practice.
