Massat Moves provides personalized coaching and online programs focused on helping people manage back pain and improve movement. Founded by Andreas Massat, a sports scientist with a diploma from the Technical University of Munich, the brand draws on his more than 22 years of experience in performance training, rehabilitation and pain therapy, as well as his personal experience recovering from three herniated discs.
Its main service is individual 1:1 coaching, built around a tailored plan, weekly video calls, ongoing adjustments through an app and direct communication with the coach. Massat Moves describes its approach as combining biomechanics, functional anatomy and muscular chain principles, with attention to physical, mental and emotional factors. Prospective clients can begin with a free pain-analysis consultation and a short online self-test.
The brand also offers structured digital programs, including a 28-day Rückenfit course designed to support back health and an active lifestyle. A 28-day program focused on relearning natural barefoot walking and daily health routines are listed as upcoming.
