Seven Hills Foundation

Seven Hills Foundation provides integrated clinical, educational and community-based support for children and adults with disabilities and significant life challenges. Its services are designed to help people build well-being, independence and connections, while supporting families and communities. The foundation’s programs span behavioral and clinical health, education, residential care, employment and day services, family support, and recreation.

For children and families, Seven Hills offers early intervention, childcare, behavioral health, family stabilization, care coordination, education and transition programs, and residential or skilled nursing options for children with complex needs. Adult services include behavioral and public health supports, assistive technology, day habilitation, brain injury services, job development and placement, home care, independent living, and adult residential programs. The organization also provides respite, shared living, adult family care, self-directed supports, and case management. Seven Hills Dental Facilities and Open Door Arts extend its offerings in dental care and arts participation. Through a broad network of programs, the foundation aims to help individuals see possibilities, believe in themselves and pursue their goals.
