Natalia Stathakarou, the R&D Director and Co-founder of MDS, is a PhD candidate at Karolinska Institutet and holds a Master's Degree in Health Informatics. Her research focuses on using education technologies to advance decision-making in military medicine. She has extensive experience in national and international research projects, including Erasmus+ initiatives and military medicine exercises organized by NATO.

Philippos Orfanoudakis, a Machine Learning Engineer at MDS, is skilled in various applications of machine learning, particularly for images and video. With a background in electrical and computer engineering, as well as data science, Philippos has created deep learning architectures and worked on medical applications, including physics-assisted deep learning frameworks. Sokratis Nifakos, the Business Development Director and Co-founder, has a strong background in computer science and social sciences, specializing in networks and telecommunications.

He has a Master's Degree in Medical Informatics and is currently a Licentiate candidate at Karolinska Institutet. Sokratis excels in consultation, software engineering, and project management, with expertise in architecture and software development for cloud-based services, mobile web, iOS, and Android applications. Timo Kasig, a Project Manager at MDS, holds a bachelor's degree in computer science with a focus on robotics and automation.

He has gained valuable experience in programming, networking, data centers, and operating systems through his previous work with reputable companies. Timo is currently studying Health Informatics and contributes his skills to the Erasmus+ project INCIDENCE, which aims to promote cyber hygiene in education through a gamification and scenario-based learning platform.
