About EMJMD EDISS
EDISS is an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) program that aims to bridge the gap between data science and software engineering. In a world where data explosion is a reality, scientists and software engineers are faced with the challenge of dealing with massive amounts of complex, unstructured data. EDISS brings together data scientists and software engineers to engineer data-intensive intelligent software systems.
Through its innovative curriculum delivered by leading universities including Åbo Akademi University, University of the Balearic Islands, University of L'Aquila, and Mälardalen University, EDISS educates experts who can integrate data science and machine learning solutions into software and system engineering processes. By doing so, they are able to unlock the potential of the vast amount of data available for groundbreaking discoveries and predictions.
