Master Łódź is a sports club for children and young people, rooted in a martial arts section that has developed athletes and earned medals at Polish, European and world championships for around half a century. In 2021, the club opened a specialist training facility at the Sports Hall on Skorupki Street in Łódź. Its programme combines Olympic combat sports, general fitness and movement development, with sessions designed to build physical skills, confidence and resilience.

Training includes wrestling, taekwondo and sports sumo, alongside gymnastics, acrobatics and aerial silks. Wrestling and taekwondo develop strength, coordination, flexibility, concentration and self-discipline. Gymnastics and acrobatics support posture, body awareness and all-round athletic ability, while aerial silks blend movement, dance and acrobatic skills, with an emphasis on safety. The club also offers general development classes for children and physiomotor training led by a physiotherapist, focused on stability, mobility, movement patterns and injury prevention. Master Łódź takes part in competitions and summer camps in Poland and abroad.
