About Optlyx
Mastro is an Italian technology brand that builds AI tools for accounting firms, connecting staff with their clients and organizing work that sits outside the accounting software. Its platform helps teams manage email and certified email (PEC), documents, deadlines, quotes, signatures, anti-money-laundering files, and payments. Messages from PEC, Gmail, and Outlook are brought into a shared work queue, where Mastro can identify the client and relevant practice, highlight deadlines, and suggest replies for staff approval.
Documents can be filed in the firm’s existing Google Drive, OneDrive, or synchronized folders, while clients can review and sign documents, approve F24 tax payments, and pay through links on their phones.
