Matea Homes

Matea Homes is a Brisbane luxury home builder specialising in custom-designed residences and a considered, client-focused building experience. The company combines detailed design with process-driven construction and high-quality craftsmanship to create distinctive homes tailored to each client’s block and lifestyle. Its services include design and build, knockdown and rebuild projects, and construction on difficult or sloping sites.

Matea Homes works with clients to shape individual features and finishes, from statement staircases to bespoke lighting. The team also provides interior design support, helping clients develop a home that reflects their preferred style, whether contemporary or classic. Throughout the process, the company aims to keep clients informed about costs and options, with a focus on delivering the desired result within the agreed budget and timeframe.

Its project portfolio includes Beddoes in Holland Park, a modern-classic home designed to sit thoughtfully alongside neighbouring heritage-listed properties while maintaining its own character. Matea Homes invites prospective clients to book an obligation-free consultation with its design team to discuss their project and arrange a meeting.
