Matematikaza1.cz is an online mathematics learning project designed to help pupils and students understand and practise maths through clear, worked examples rather than lengthy theoretical explanations. Its courses serve learners from primary and secondary school through to university, as well as anyone wishing to refresh their knowledge or check their problem-solving methods.

Each course presents a topic through at least 10 step-by-step examples, with up to 20 for broader subjects, followed by practice exercises or a final test. Learners can revisit course materials for at least one month and study at a time and pace that suit them, wherever they have internet access. Courses are available for a set price and can also be used with classmates. The site offers chat support from tutors for questions about solutions, including problems beyond those covered in its courses.

The teaching team includes Pavla, who focuses mainly on university-level mathematics, and Magda, who specialises in primary and secondary topics and prepares pupils for secondary-school entrance exams.
